There are many reasons to love Cleveland, but its status as a hotbed of innovation (at least recently) is not among them. So it’s notable — and perhaps, this week, worthy of giving thanks — when a good idea born in Cleveland is getting some national attention. Such is the case with Evergreen Cooperatives, a Cleveland-based network of worker-owned businesses. Plus, we encourage the state to look at ways to modernize laws concerning noncompete agreements.
