Abstract

Organizing a worker-owned business, or restructuring an existing one, is daunting. It brings up endless questions; not all have easy answers. There is no single set of rules to guide the process, and this is a dynamic, growing movement; therefore, new approaches and understandings are being created all the time. The following is an attempt to: 1) outline a possible agenda for moving through the process and, 2) provide some helpful resources.
