The trailblazing GEO 8, Worker Cooperative Development Models, which appeared as a special printing for the 2011 Eastern Conference for Workplace Democracy in Baltimore, is still available as a limited edition 36-page guide.  Order it as a gift, or in quantity to distribute through your cooperative.   The content is online, but is much more handsome in printed form, and it’s a great way to support GEO, a volunteer collective than runs on a shoestring.  Articles are by organizers from across the country, including:
