PV Squared, a Greenfield based, worker owned, Solar Energy Design/Build Cooperative, is searching for new solar energy system installers to meet our increasing demand!

This is an exciting time for the Industry, and we are looking for outstanding self-motivated and self-directed individuals who are interested in our cooperative team business model. We are looking for individuals who take pride in the quality of their work, who take pride in their team, and who set customer service as a priority.

Prerequisites:

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License in good standing
• Stable Active Work History in the electrical trade
• Residential and commercial experience with both services and distribution circuits
• Safe Work History with preference given to applicants with OSHA Cert. and Construction Supervisor’s License
• Must be safe and comfortable working on construction sites
• Must be safe and comfortable working and carrying weight at heights (all types of roof, scaffold, and ladder work)
• Valid driver’s license, must own reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to job sites throughout New England a few times a year (Mileage and Lodging Paid)
• Must be able to manage supply stock and plan ahead
• Must be sharp, focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and efficiency
• Must be flexible with sound judgment to deal with adverse and unforeseen situations
• An understanding of standard construction math and building science is preferred
• Ability to understand multiple perspectives and work cooperatively with all types is essential
