We are proud to be members of a group promoting mutual well being through our work of building. This approach to building includes clients, suppliers and the greater community. Our ideal is to be non-exploitive of others and provide our clients with an honest, good value. Our business structure as a Workers' Cooperative is unique in that all members are equal partners. Each of us serves a rotating roll in the administration of the business. We compensate ourselves with the same wage and benefits, and at the close of business cycles share the profits through a patronage system that is based on the hours worked. When you work with us you will always be dealing with a 'vested' owner.

This is just wonderful to read about and I wish more businesses turned into co-operatives and showed this level of inetgretity, work ethic and desire to be a good business model. Well done and the best of luck to you all.
